I would like to apply as a refugee in your embassy.

My name is Ghazi Sadiq Fatah. I'm born May 25, 1971 in Baghdad.
I am married and have two children, a girl of 13 years and a boy of 9 years.
Until now I have my wife and children have not yet seen.

I got on March 31, 2000 applied as a refugee.
By order of IND from July 30, 2003, this application shall be rejected.
Since my procedure under Article 1 (F) of the Refugee Convention against.

On August 27, 2003 my lawyer is an appeal against this decision.
By order of the court 's-Gravenhage, Rotterdam parallel session of February 21, 2006 have been July 30, 2003 decision destroyed, while the court also considered that I turn to Article 1 (F) of the Refugee Convention is subject to.

Now I know not what I should do. In 2006, I went to Belgium and I have a aziel requested.
After three months I was forced back to the Netherlands and 2 months I've put in a prison of the illegal immigrants in Tilburg.

Since November 2006 I have no interim no money, no insurance, no identity and no home.
Unfortunately I can not return to Iraq because I am old regime of Saddam Husein have worked.
After so much suffering, after all this time no one wants to stay here when I return to my country have been possible.
